Delete Your Account

MCR DOC — the patient app of MCR Super Speciality Polyclinic & Pathology.

You can delete your MCR DOC account at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we are required to keep.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the MCR DOC app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile & Settings.

3. Tap Delete account.

4. Confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

How to request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@mcrsspp.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address or with the phone number registered to your account, so we can verify it is you. We complete verified requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted immediately

• Your patient profile (name, date of birth, contact details, photo)

• Family member profiles you added

• Your in-app notifications

• Your login credentials — the account itself is removed and can no longer sign in

What we keep for a limited period

• Appointment and consultation records, including prescriptions

• Payment and refund records

• Messages exchanged with your doctor as part of a consultation

Why some records are kept: as a healthcare provider we are required to retain medical consultation records and payment records for the periods set by applicable medical-record and tax regulations in India.

Retained records are no longer linked to an active account and are not used for any marketing. Once the applicable retention period ends, they are deleted.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can also ask us to delete specific data — for example your photo, a family member profile, or your notification history — while keeping your account. Email support@mcrsspp.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us what you would like removed. Verified requests are completed within 7 days.
