When should I start pregnancy check-ups?

As soon as your pregnancy test is positive. Book your first visit early, ideally within the first 8 to 10 weeks. Your doctor will usually advise folic acid, ideally starting before pregnancy.

Can PCOS be treated?

PCOS can be managed well. Weight control, regular exercise and, when needed, medicines help regulate periods and other symptoms. Your gynaecologist will suggest a plan that suits you.
