1. Who we are
This application is the doctor-facing app of the clinic. It exists so
registered doctors can manage availability, run consultations and communicate
with patients of the clinic.
2. Information we collect
Your professional profile (name, email, phone, specialty, department, license
number and photo); appointments and consultation records; audio recordings of
consultations, which are captured automatically for quality and safety review
by the clinic; chat messages you send and receive, including images and voice
recordings; prescriptions you issue; and a device notification token used to
deliver booking alerts.
3. Device permissions
Camera and microphone are used for video consultations and for photo and voice
messages. The photo library is used for attachments. Face ID / fingerprint is
used only if you enable quick login: biometric checks are performed by your
phone's operating system and biometric data never reaches the app or our
servers. Your login credentials for quick login are kept solely in this
device's encrypted secure storage and can be removed anytime from Settings.
4. How we use your information
To schedule and run consultations, deliver messages and notifications,
generate prescriptions, operate the clinic's services and keep them safe. We
do not sell personal data.
5. Storage and sharing
Data is stored with Google Firebase services. It is visible only to the clinic
administration and to the patients you treat, to the extent needed to provide
care.
6. Retention and deletion
Records are retained while your doctor profile is active or as required by
applicable medical record-keeping law. Consultation recordings are retained
for 7 days and then automatically deleted. To request correction or deletion,
contact the clinic administration.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and consultations are
restricted to verified doctor accounts.
