On 29 September 2026, World Heart Day, MCR Super Speciality Polyclinic & Pathology in Behala held a free heart check-up camp from 2 PM to 5 PM. Dr. Arabinda Bera (Physician; MBBS, PGDCC (Cardiology), CCEBDM (Diabetes)) saw patients at the camp. Patients came in for heart check-ups, including blood pressure checks, and advice on looking after their heart.
The clinic was decorated in red and pink for the day, with a World Heart Day standee at the reception. The photos below were taken on the day.

Four habits for a healthy heart
Walk for at least 30 minutes every day.
Eat less salt and less fried food.
Stay away from smoking and tobacco.
Get your blood pressure and sugar checked regularly.
